X-SOLAR SYSTEMS is democratising sustainable energy by introducing prepaid off-grid Solar Home Systems on a pay-as-you-go basis. Monthly mobile payments of approximately 10 USD unlocks the system and gives access to clean energy for lighting, phone charging and powering appliances for an equal period of time. This enables costs to be broken into affordable chunks, allowing low-income households in developing countries access to clean energy.
