Start Up Energy Transition 2018 – Launch @ COP23 (Bonn, Germany): November, 14th , 2017

SET is implemented with the conviction that sustainable energy solutions and mitigating climate change is directly linked to a bridge between inventive business models and political will.

Fighting climate change and accelerating energy transition must involve the entire international community and must be strongly supported by business and technological innovation. Bay Area Battery Summit (Livermore, USA): November 14th, 2017

The Bay Area Battery Summit brings together technologists and entrepreneurs who are driving innovation in energy storage. The California Clean Energy Fund’s CalCharge program and Lawrence Livermore National Lab have teamed up to bring together an event that will add in depth conversations about many of the important themes across the storage space.

dena-Congress 2017 (Berlin, Germany): November 20-21, 2017

German Energy Agency’s (dena) annual conference is one of the biggest intersectoral forum on the future of energy. Shortly after the elections, it offers the chance to discuss crucial questions of the energy sector. The panelists discuss a broad range of topics on Energy Transition including Big Data, Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. The German finalists of the Start Up Energy Transition Award 2017 will present the progress of their work as well – a good chance to meet them (again) together with the SET team.
