Reducing Buildings’ Climate Impact

Commercialised in 2016, the German start-up provides an effective end-to-end building management system. Troubled by the inefficiency of old technologies used in buildings, CEO and founder Reza Alaghehband and team, set out to create the Envio platform, an affordable IoT system that transforms any commercial building into a smart one by helping manage their energy efficiency.

Reza says, “We’ve removed the equivalent of a 1,000 vehicles off the road annually and over the next 3 years, through partnerships with real estate companies, that number is going to be multiplied by a hundred.”
