ASEAN Sustainable Energy Week (Bangkok, Thailand): June 6th-9th, 2018

Renewable Energy Asia is an event featuring the energy and power industries. The event includes the areas of bioenergy, solar, wind and water power technology, waste recycling and energy efficiency. This event shows products like pressure vessels, boiler equipments and accessories, pressure vessels accessories and equipments, burners, welding technologies and products, welding equipments, instrumentations, analytical services, control engineering equipments and services and other safety products and equipments etc. in the Industrial Products, Power & Renewable Energy industries.

Electrify Europe (Vienna, Austria): June 19th – 21st, 2018

Electrify Europe is a new event with an unrivaled pedigree, that addresses the needs of today’s power industry, designed to serve the whole of the electricity value network from the point of power generation right through to its eventual consumption. Electrify Europe wants to create a meeting place, where decision makers and thought leaders will signpost the future direction and where the latest technologies and IT solutions will be presented and collaborations with IOT, telecoms and big data will be forged.

Call for applications: NMW Lab18 – New Mobility World’s Startup Challenge

As the biggest event for tomorrow’s mobility, the New Mobility World is a platform for innovative solutions, technologies, visions or products for the mobility of the future. The NMW Lab18 is the New Mobility World’s international startup challenge, taking place in collaboration with Startup Sesame, Europe’s largest alliance of major tech events. It gives promising startups the opportunity to pitch their innovative concepts in front of a jury of mobility experts, VCs, industry representatives, serial entrepreneurs, influencers, and journalists. The pitches cover six categories and will be held over four days on the NMW main stage. The categories are Urban Logistics, Transport Services, Alternative Powertrains, Advanced Materials, Automated Driving, and Connected Vehicle. Applications can be submitted by June 29, 2018.

Call for applications: Energy Efficiency Award – Apply Now!

The Deutsche Energie-Agentur (dena) – the German Energy Agency – is seeking outstanding projects that measurably reduce companies’ energy consumption and cut emissions that have an impact on the climate. The best of these will win the 2018 Energy Efficiency Award. Private and public companies are invited to submit their projects and concepts by July 15, 2018. The Energy Efficiency Award is endowed with 30,000 euros of prize money and is supported by Peter Altmaier, Federal Minister of Economic Affairs and Energy.

Participation within the competition is free of charge. Interested companies can submit their application online here.

Call for applications: Handelsblatt Energy Awards 2018  

The German business magazine Handelsblatt is calling for applications for the Handelsblatt Energy Awards 2018. Ideas on progress and change in the energy sector can be submitted in the five categories Industry, Mobility, Smart Infrastructure, Start-up and System City by August 24, 2018. The Handelsblatt Energy Awards pursue the goal of giving innovations in the energy industry a greater platform and media presence.
