VK Energie specializes in optimizing renewable energy systems consisting of heat and power generating sources, and buffer storage facilities.
We optimize plant operation in a predictive manner using machine learning algorithms and our patented process of active heat storage management. Heat demand, volatile spot-market prices and plant specific operating-conditions are taken into account in our intelligent, operational planning. This way, the system is optimized for maximum electrical yield whilst guaranteeing demand-heat supply. To date we are optimizing over 100 energy systems with a total electrical capacity of more than 200MW. Our optimization generates additional revenue for plant operators whilst reducing carbon emissions. We help renewables into the market and thus displace coal from the energy-mix. We are actively shaping the energy transition by providing our clients the means to flexible, sustainable, profitable, and low-emission optimized operation.
