To help companies reach the last mile of their value chain, we developed a “grassroots” solution for small commercial (convenience stores) and residential clients (companies’ employees) to whom we offer a mobile app that makes customer journey simple: from quoting to getting financing, coordinating the installations, all sales and post-sales support. We combine this with industrial solar installations to provide a full solution for companies to reduce scope 2 and scope 3 electricity related emissions. Our corporate dashboard integrates and automates the reporting of their entire value chain. “Under the hood” we operate as a fully managed marketplace. We partner with: local installers across Mexico, whom we train and certify to ensure a high standard service; selected manufacturers, to offer competitive pricing (avoiding intermediaries); specialized third-party logistics provider, that kits and delivers our manufacturers’ inventory to each customer; and financing partners. Interaction between all players is facilitated by our tech.
